Client Agreement & Conditions
Retouch By Lesa – Booking Policies
• Retainer:
A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to secure your date.
• Final Balance:
The remaining balance must be paid in the day of event. No images are edited or delivered until full payment is received.
• Turnaround Time:
Final galleries are delivered in 14-21 days (2-3 weeks) after full payment is received or after event. Early delivery is not guaranteed.
Rush delivery is available for an additional fee.
• No RAW/Unedited Images:
Retouch By Lesa does not release RAW or unedited files. All final deliverables are provided as professionally edited images only.
• Copyright & Usage:
All photos remain the copyright of Retouch By Lesa. Clients receive personal-use rights.
Commercial use, editing, or removing watermarks requires a copyright buyout.
• Gallery Expiration:
Galleries stay active for 14 days. Re-uploads may incur a $25 reactivation fee. Files may or may not be recoverable.
If files are no longer available, I am not responsible for pictures or video clips that were taken down after the 14 days mark.
• Rescheduling:
Sessions can be rescheduled one time with 48-hour notice. Retainers are non-refundable.
